Hickman girls basketball team wins two games in Kansas City

The Hickman Kewpies girls basketball team (14-5) won two games in Kansas City over the weekend.

Yvonne Anderson scored 17 points and Chasity Prince added nine as Hickman defeated Pembroke Hill 39-27 Saturday night.

Friday night it defeated St. Teresa’s 46-30. Anderson scored 20 points, Nicole Shulz had nine points and Tessfa Mikael had eight points and eight rebounds.

The team will participate in the Ameritime Classic at Maryville University this week.
