Missouri softball loses at Texas

COLUMBIA — The Tigers lost 6-1 at Texas on Saturday, snapping their six game winning streak. Texas pitcher Meagan Denny came within three outs of a no-hitter before Missouri freshman Rhea Taylor led off the seventh inning with a bunt single. Jen Bruck, who had Missouri’s only other hit in the game, was the losing pitcher for the Tigers.
