Thrift store touch ups

Barbara Brown paints a set of bookshelves at the Salvation Army Thrift Shop on Parkade Boulevard on Saturday morning. Brown volunteered to help get renovations started at the Salvation Army location, which will be closed Monday through June 2. Manager Chrissie Spivey said the store will be getting new floors and paint.
