O'FALLON - An O'Fallon teenager has pleaded guilty to charges related to throwing a bag of human feces on a pregnant woman.

Eighteen-year-old Kyle Medley pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor property damage in the attack in an O'Fallon drugstore. Teacher Ana Geusz was pregnant in December when the attack occurred.

The judge gave Medley, who had faced up to 18 months in jail, two years probation.

Another O'Fallon 18-year-old, Justin Keiser, faces similar charges and is expected in court on Thursday.
