Thursday, September 11, 2008 | 12:07 p.m. CDT

After reading J. Karl Miller's Sept. 10 column on the Opinion page, I presume from your final paragraph that you find it refreshing to have a candidate lie - for example about the "Bridge to Nowhere" and the "eBay sale" of Alaska's state plane by Sara Palin. I assume you think liars are refreshingly human and normal.
