The Columbia College volleyball team stayed undefeated in the American Midwest Conference with a 25-17, 25-14 and 27-25 victory over Hannibal-LaGrange on Monday night at Southwell Complex in Columbia. With the win, the Cougars, who are the sixth-ranked team in the NAIA, improve to 17-2 overall and 5-0 in league play.
Juliana Da Silva led the Cougars with 13 kills and Julie Teeple and Flavia Lino each had eight. Luana Branco totaled had assists, and Tally Mattos had 12 digs.
The Cougars return home for a 1 p.m. Saturday match vs. Harris-Stowe as a part of Family Day/Homecoming.
