WASHINGTON — The wife of Democratic vice presidential nominee Joe Biden makes her first campaign trip to Missouri this weekend.
Jill Biden will spend Friday, Saturday and Sunday at events around the state discussing the economy, health care and education.
The campaign has not yet revealed which cities she will visit.
Recent polls show Democrat Barack Obama and Republican John McCain running about even in Missouri.
Last week, Joe Biden spent two days campaigning in Missouri. Obama's running mate made stops in St. Joseph, Liberty, Jefferson City and Springfield.
