Gibbons concedes AG race to Koster

Republican attorney general candidate Mike Gibbons conceded the Missouri
attorney general race to Democrat Chris Koster in a private phone call, according to the
Koster campaign.
With 2,881 of 3,509 Missouri precincts reporting,
Koster had 50.6 percent of the vote.
