Tigers run at regional

The Missouri men's cross country team finished fifth Saturday in the NCAA Midwest Regional Cross Country Championship in Stillwater, Okla.

Garett Jeffries led MU with a 17th place finish in the men's 10K race. MU's combined for a time of 2:40:57.20 seconds, about three minutes behind winner and host Oklahoma State.

The Tigers ran to a 10th-place finish in the women's 6K race. Sophomore Kinsey Farren paced MU in 22:09.5, good for 42nd overall.
