COLUMBIA — Warrants were issued Friday for a man and woman on drug charges after an investigation into a Wednesday shooting on St. Charles Road led police to a trailer containing 40 pounds of processed marijuana in bricks, illegal mushrooms, guns and assorted other drug paraphernalia, according to a news release from the Columbia Police Department.
