THE BEAT: Missourian coverage of the races for City Council

There are a couple of seats coming up for re-election on the City Council. One in the Sixth Ward is currently held by Barbara Hoppe, who plans to run for re-election. The other in the Second Ward is held by Chris Janku, who has pledged not to run for re-election when his term ends in April. To sort out the races, political editor Scott Swafford talks to KBIA's Sean Powers.
