Hickman girls team loses in K.C.

The Hickman girls basketball team lost 68-48 on Saturday at Kansas City-Central.

The Kewpies (8-10) built a 25-23 halftime advantage, but Central came back with 25 points in the third quarter to take control of the game. Chasity Prince led Hickman with 20 points.

On Friday, rolled past visiting Westport 53-22 behind 16 points and 12 rebounds from Prince. 

The Kewpies play St. Joseph's Academy at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in St. Louis.
