The girl, last seen about 2 a.m. in Cameron, is described as white with brown hair and blue eyes. She stands 3 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 35 pounds. It was unknown what clothing she was wearing when she was abducted.

Bell is white with brown hair and hazel eyes, is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds.

Police believe they are traveling in a white 2006 Kia Sedona minivan with Missouri license 005 WRR.
