LETTER: Hoppe is invaluable resource to council, Columbia

A City Council member of the caliber of Barbara Hoppe is always invaluable. But in these challenging times, when issues of successful, forward-looking development, reliable and just economic growth, and the best possible life for all Columbians, to name only a few, demand particular talents and civic commitment from our elected representatives, Hoppe is especially needed. She will once again bring to council her intelligence, stamina, and the strong way she gathers information, asks questions, and listens to her constituents.
