Burglary at Weil Tire and Automotive

Sunday, March 15, 2009 | 4:28 p.m. CDT

COLUMBIA — Around 10:15 p.m. Saturday, officers were dispatched to Weil Tire and Automotive on Old 63 when an alarm at the business sounded.

Officers saw a male inside the garage area when they arrived. A short foot pursuit followed, and the suspect was taken into custody, according to a news release.

Police have identified the suspect as Justin R. Holley, who admitted to being on work release from Reality House.

Holley has been charged with second-degree burglary after having stolen property with him at the time of his arrest.
