COLUMBIA — The Central Missouri Humane Society won first place in the first round of Zootoo.com's million-dollar shelter makeover contest. A trolley procession down Broadway that included Mayor Darwin Hindman and Zootoo founder Richard Thompson kicked off the second phase of the contest.
