Two men steal marijuana, cash from north Columbia apartment

COLUMBIA — At approximately 2:16 Monday morning, officers responded to reports of a home invasion at 1510 #2 Sylvan Lane, according to a release from the Columbia Police Department.

The victim told officers two men forced entry into the residence, pistol-whipped him and stole a quantity of marijuana and an undisclosed amount of cash, according to the release. The victim refused medical attention.

The identities of the suspects are not known. Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
