Missouri tennis team falls at Texas A&M

The Missouri women's tennis team fell below .500 in Big 12 Conference play Saturday after losing to Texas A&M in College Station, Tex.

The Tigers (7-8, 3-4 Big 12) managed just one win in both singles and doubles competition. Missouri's No. 6 singles player, senior Sofia Ayala, took the Tigers only singles victory. Ayala remains undefeated in conference play.

The Tigers' No. 3 doubles team of Ayala and freshman Danielle Day claimed Missouri's lone doubles win.

Missouri plays Texas at noon Sunday in Austin, Texas.
