I think we all won Tuesday night with the re-election of Barbara Hoppe to the Sixth Ward City Council seat. She is truly the hardest working person on the council and is always available to listen to the citizens. I have come to know and appreciate her calm, studied and balanced approach. Thank you, Barbara Hoppe, for your service to Columbia.
