COLUMBIA — The Columbia Police Department released its annual racial profiling statistics Thursday. The department included its official traffic stop report to the Missouri Attorney General, its report for the public and the media and a document called “Understanding Disparity Data” by Dr. Jeff Milyo, an economics professor at MU.
