KANSAS CITY — Two friends will split a $1.7 million Missouri Lotto jackpot. Lottery officials say Jon Hubbard of St. Joseph and Dave Murdock of Cameron have claimed the prize from the April 1 drawing. The men are opting for the lump sum payment of $850,000, which means they'll each receive a check for more than $300,000 after taxes.
