Five hurt, three arrested in St. Louis school fight

ST. LOUIS — Five people suffered injuries and three were arrested after a fight at Imagine College Preparatory High School in St. Louis.

One person is still being sought after the fight that broke out around 1 p.m. Tuesday. Police arrived to find that a female student had been stabbed in the stomach. She is in serious condition.

Police say the same person who stabbed the student also assaulted a security guard, who had minor injuries. The female student accused in both assaults was taken into custody.

Another female student was accused of assaulting a security officer who tried to break up the fight. A teacher was also hurt.

A police officer suffered wrist and knee injuries while trying to subdue another suspect, who got away.
