Three dead in Mexico crash

MEXICO — Three people died and four others were injured Sunday evening when a vehicle collided with a fire truck in central Missouri.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a vehicle was trying to turn left onto a road in Miller County, then pulled into the path of the fire truck.

Passengers in the first vehicle were killed. They were identified as 13-year-old Cesar Cardoso-Ambriz, 18-year-old Marisol A. Cardoso-Ambriz, and 23-year-old Elias M. Lemus, all of California, Mo.

Three other passengers in the vehicle and the fire truck driver were injured.
