COLUMBIA — Inside Columbia Magazine's Wine and Food Festival is scheduled to begin Saturday, followed by eight days of events that include Tuesday and Thursday wine dinners and tastings at a concert, an art auction, and discount shopping. The following Saturday afternoon is to be dedicated to wine tastings and seminars, as well.
