COLUMBIA — Four people were taken to the Columbia Police Department for questioning after a standoff at the Eastwood Motel on Friday morning. Police were called to the motel to investigate a disturbance possibly involving a gun, according to a news release from the police. No injuries were reported in the standoff, the release said.
Police have not released any other details at this time. The Missourian will have more on this story as it becomes available.
