Jesse Reynolds of Slate Towing and Recovery of Columbia places the bumper of Louis and Billie Tritsehlers' 2003 Dodge minivan inside the vehicle after an accident on St. Charles Road on Friday. The Tritsehlers' vehicle collided with a 1995 Jeep Cherokee driven by Thomas Weeks of Fulton.

COLUMBIA — A two-car collision in east Columbia sent two to the hospital with minor injuries.

Thomas Weeks of Fulton said he was rounding a curve in his green 1995 Jeep when the dampness of the road caused his car to skid toward a ditch on the right side of St. Charles Road. Weeks over-corrected and turned into the oncoming lane of traffic, where a minivan collided with the passenger side of his car.
