ROCHEPORT — The condition of an MU student struck by a bus has improved.

Brian Lindsey, 22, of Springfield was initially listed in serious condition after the accident early Friday morning. But later he was upgraded to good condition.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Lindsey was at Les Bourgeois Vineyards in Rocheport with a large group of students and was struck when he tried to stop the bus after many students had boarded it.
