CLAYTON — A St. Louis-area man with HIV is facing charges for having sexual contact with a woman without telling her about his illness. That woman later found out she was HIV positive.

Six counts of recklessly risking infection of another with HIV were filed Monday against 40-year-old Orlando Hadley. He is jailed on $200,000 cash-only bond. Hadley does not yet have an attorney.

St. Louis County police say Hadley had numerous sexual encounters with the woman. Anyone who has had sexual contact with Hadley since February is encouraged to call police at 314-889-2341.
