Columbia College men's soccer team defeats McKendree

The Columbia College men's soccer team defeated visiting McKendree 1-0 on Tuesday night. Sophomore midfielder Tim Tevlin scored the sole goal to upset the No. 5 Bearcats (9-1-1).
Junior goalkeeper Ken Searles had eight saves for the No. 25 Cougars (9-2-1), who play next at 3 p.m. Saturday when they host No. 11 Park University.
