ST. LOUIS — The St. Louis Science Center and the Missouri Botanical Garden have both announced upcoming shows that feature dinosaurs as the main attraction.

"Dinosaurs Unearthed" opens Nov. 7 at the Science Center. It features animatronic dinosaur models and a set of rare feathered fossils. Many scientists now accept the theory that certain dinosaurs were covered with feathers rather than reptile-like scales.

Next year, the Botanical Garden will offer "DinoQuest" for five months beginning May 1. The series of events and displays will include features about dinosaurs, a sandstone slab with more than 200 bones and a pretend dinosaur dig site.
