Missouri men's swimmers third at invitational

The Missouri men's swimming and diving team placed third in the Southwest College Invite on Saturday. The Tigers scored 656 points, finishing in front of host, Southern Methodist.

Junior Jordan Hawley was second in the 50-yard freestyle in 20.91, while senior Greg DeStephen was second in the 3-meter diving event. The 200-meter medley relay team finished fourth in 1:32.77.

The Tigers' next event will be against Southern Illinois at 12 p.m. Saturday at the Mizzou Aquatics Center.
