Columbia College volleyball team moves on to AMC semifinals

COLUMBIA — The Columbia College volleyball team advanced to the semifinals of the American Midwest Conference Tournament with a win over Stephens College on Tuesday at Southwell Complex. The top-seeded Cougars won 25-11, 25-9, 25-16 for their 16th home victory of the season.

Columbia College (35-2, 16-0) will host Missouri Baptist University (23-16, 11-5) on Thursday for a spot in the tournament championship. The Cougars have won all three matches against Missouri Baptist this season.  

Stephens College finished the season at 7-26, 3-13.
