COLUMBIA — A Walmart employee was shot Monday morning in the building's parking lot on Conley Road as he was returning from a scheduled break. He was shot twice in the back and once in the hand, and is in stable condition at University Hospital.

Columbia police are looking for two male suspects who wore orange ski masks. They reportedly drove off in a car resembling a Dodge Intrepid or Chrysler Concord.
