The Missouri men's swimming and diving team won nine events Saturday to beat Missouri S&T at the Mizzou Aquatics Center.

The Tigers swept the 200 freestyle, led by Yaniv Shnaider's first place finish. Jordan Hawley added victories in two other freestyle events. Jan Konarzewski had wins in the 100 back and 200 back.

"We raced against a very good team today, and I think our guys did a solid job overall," coach Brian Hoffer said. "We trained before the meet today, so I know our guys were drained, but they gave a great effort."
