Hickman girls basketball drops first game of tournament

Once its lead slipped away in the third quarter, the Hickman girls basketball team was never able to recover.

The Kewpies lost to Bishop Ward 63-55 in the Sedalia Tournament on Monday as they were forced to foul, and Bishop Ward converted most of its free throws in the fourth quarter to secure the win.

Aqua Corpening had 28 points for Hickman.
