MU professor to speak on Haiti

COLUMBIA — MU French professor Valerie Kaussen will give a presentation on Haiti at 7 p.m. Friday at the Peace Nook.
Kaussen, who was in Haiti when last week's earthquake struck, has studied Haiti extensively and will discuss the roots of the disaster situation.
The event is free, and a discussion will follow. The Peace Nook is at 804-C E. Broadway.
