Hickman boys basketball wins in overtime, 65-64

The Hickman boys basketball team won a close contest against Springfield Hillcrest on Friday night in the second round of the Lindbergh Tournament. The Kewpies pulled ahead for a 65-64 victory in overtime.

Senior guard Lyle Harris led Hickman in scoring with 22 points and five 3-pointers followed by sophomore guard Jordan Stevens with 12 points.

The Kewpies beat Sedalia Smith-Cotton 55-52 Thursday night in the opening round of the Lindbergh Tournament. They will advance to the championship game at 3 p.m. Saturday.
