Hickman basketball wins Lindbergh tournament

The Hickman boys basketball team defeated Lafayette 57-55 Saturday to win the Lindbergh basketball Tournament.

The Kewpies emerged as champions in the eight-team, three-day tournament.

Saturday, Jordan Stephens was the Hickman star with 29 points and six three-point baskets.  Earlier, the Kewpies beat Smith-Cotton and Hillcrest to advance to the title game.

Hickman plays Ozark Tuesday in Columbia.
