COLUMBIA — MU football staff called upon the sushi team at Jina Yoo's Asian Bistro to create a sushi tiger mosaic for a spring recruitment dinner Saturday. Restaurant owner Jina Yoo and five additional staff members spent nearly five hours assembling the three-by-five-foot mosaic. The tiger was made of nearly 2,000 pieces from about 150 rolls. The white, black and gold pieces featured eight different types of sushi with tempura shrimp, spicy lobster and fresh crab. The mosaic fed between 80 to 100 people.
