Columbia College women's basketball team wins seventh AMC game

The Columbia College women's basketball team won 70-38 at Harris-Stowe State on Thursday in St. Louis, pushing its American Midwest Conference record to 7-0.

The Cougars (19-2), ranked No. 8 in the NAIA, were led by Whitney Widaman with 23 points and six assists. Rachel Oswald had 16 points and nine rebounds and Amanda Phillips had nine points, nine rebounds and seven blocked shots.
