Two more intersections to snap red-light runners

COLUMBIA —  Red-light cameras will be installed this weekend at the intersection of Stadium and Forum boulevards, and at the intersection of Stadium Boulevard and Providence Road, according to a Columbia Police Department press release.

Two cameras will be installed at the Providence Road intersection to monitor both northbound and southbound traffic.

The cameras will be up and running this weekend, pending any unexpected complications. Violators recorded by these cameras will receive an automatic citation.
