The Columbia Cougars softball team posted two wins Saturday at the Central Baptist College Invitational in Conway, Ark. Columbia improves its record to 3-1 on the season with a 2-1 win in nine innings over Morningside (Iowa) College and a 9-1 win in six innings over Peru State (Neb.) University.
Columbia returns to action on Tuesday for its home opener. The Cougars host William Woods University at 1:00 p.m. for a doubleheader.
