According to a release, the plan outlines pollutant reductions needed for the creek to meet water quality standards. Hinkson Creek was placed on Missouri’s 2004/2006 list of impaired waters.
The impaired portion of the creek begins south of I-70 and goes through Columbia to the stream’s confluence with Perche Creek.
