COLUMBIA — Wun “The Shot” Versher from the Harlem Globetrotters basketball team will visit pediatric patients at the MU Children’s Hospital at 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Versher plans to entertain children with ball-handling skills, give autographs and share his experiences traveling the world as a Harlem Globetrotter.

His visit is part of the Harlem Globetrotters’ hospital outreach program, Smile Patrol. Smile Patrol visits more than 200 children’s hospitals worldwide every year.

The Globetrotters will perform at Mizzou Arena on March 25.
