Bob McDavid, 63, has been a member of the Boone Hospital Board of
Trustees for the last 12 years and currently serves as the board's
chairman. McDavid graduated from the MU School of Medicine and practiced obstetrics/gynecology for 28 years. McDavid
supports the proposition for downtown cameras. His platform is keeping
Columbia safe, protecting the integrity of Columbia's neighborhoods and
creating new jobs in Columbia. McDavid said he sees the mayor position
as that of a salesman.
