In the politically active Fourth Ward, Tracy Greever-Rice, Sarah Read, Rick Buford and Daryl Dudley are vying for a seat on the City Council. Development and job growth within the ward seems to be the largest issues on residents' minds, followed closely by public safety. The candidates, oddly enough, have unintentionally split themselves into pairs. Greever-Rice and Read are banking on their experiences, both civic and professional, to get them elected while Buford and Dudley are each running as the man of the people. The election is April 6.
