Wintery mix expected to continue through Sunday

COLUMBIA — The rain and snow mix will continue through Sunday, according to the National Weather Service in St. Louis.

Up to 2 inches of snow accumulation can be expected through Sunday. The snow is expected to accumulate on grassy surfaces rather than roads.

The low for Saturday is  expected to be in the lower 30s.  The high for Sunday will be near 40 degrees. Sunday's low will be around 30 degrees.

Monday should bring sunny skies and temperatures in the 50s.
