Letter to the Editor:

I have read all of Karl Skala's campaign literature, and there is something missing. It does not tell you how honest, decent, hard working and concerned he is. It falls to me to tell you this. I came to know Karl Skala two years ago as I worked to keep a road out of Albert-Oakland Park and preserve my grandmother's name on the park. Karl had nothing personal to gain by helping us. He just did the right thing. His internal compass gave him the direction, and his moral courage gave him the strength. This is typical of Karl Skala. He works more than full time and is always available to help people. If you ever have a problem with city government, you would want Karl Skala in your corner. We can trust his calm and studied consensus building. He has earned my deep respect and support.

Kurt Albert
