Arrest made for Sunday's Burger King robbery

COLUMBIA – A man was arrested Tuesday in connection with the Sunday robbery at a Burger King restaurant.

Jafari Boss was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault, first degree robbery and armed criminal action. He was an employee of the restaurant, located on 3400 Clark Lane.

Police arrested Boss around 6 a.m. at his residence, 1309 Count Fleet Court, after Columbia police officers responded to a call at another location about a fight with his girlfriend.

He was transported to Boone County Jail. Bond hasn't been set.
