I am writing to ask friends, neighbors and Fourth Ward constituents to support Tracy Greever-Rice in her bid to become our Fourth Ward City Council representative. Tracy is a smart, caring and tough individual who is one of the brightest and most well-spoken people engaged in city affairs. She has served on the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Environment and Energy Commission, and I currently have the honor of serving with Tracy on the Columbia Vision Commission. Tracy has gained insight and knowledge of our city government from these volunteer experiences and from being the associate director of the Office of Social and Economic Data Analysis at MU since 1999. Tracy will be a great neighborhood representative who is also qualified to help lead Columbia in promoting sustainable economic development.
